Quality Products with Aşaş Aluminum
ASAŞ's aluminum billet casting facility produces 65,000 tons of billet annually in various alloys and dimensions. Castings are manufactured in different alloys according to the specific properties customers expect from profiles, in diameters of 6 inches, 7 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, and 14 inches, and up to a maximum length of 7300 mm, in compliance with international standards. Quality control and principles in the foundry are ensured using advanced testing and control equipment. For this purpose, samples are taken at various stages during and at the end of the casting process, and all necessary analyses are performed.
